DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

✅ You Are Qualified.
❌ But Still Get Rejected.

Pedro, a backend developer from Brazil, applied to jobs he was perfect for and kept getting rejected.

Then he used our CV Toolkit.

He applied again to the exact same jobs with the same experience.

This time?

He got 2 interview invitations from companies that had previously said no.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS

JEN & YVONNE

Jen Yvonne 1

Hey, we’re Jen & Yvonne, the creators of Simple Germany.

I, Jen, moved from Guatemala to Germany in 2012.

I struggled with over 100 rejections before I found my first job in Germany as a customer support agent. I only needed English & Spanish to do that job.

It was great and I loved my new life in Germany.
However, after some years I wanted more and I wanted to grow.

My customer support skills at that time were not in demand in Germany, and without German, I stood no chance. I couldn’t even find job ads that matched my skills.

So I upskilled, and I learned how to code to become a web developer.

With these new in-demand skills, I was confident I was going to nail jobs in no time.

Boy, was I wrong!

Again, I applied to over 100 companies, and no one ever replied.

Not even a ‘thank you.’ I was shocked!

I qualified for the jobs. But I wasn’t getting ANY interviews.
I followed generic advice from YouTube and other websites on how to craft a CV to stand out.

But they were not doing the trick…

My breakthrough happened when I reviewed my application with a German hiring manager (who happens to be my now-wife and co-founder of Simple Germany😅).

Suddenly, it all clicked!

My biggest AHA moment was this:

“I was getting no reply, not because of who I was or because my skills weren’t good enough. It was because I did not present myself in a way that German recruiters would even consider getting to know me. I was not adapting my CV and strategy to the German job market!”

We tweaked my CV and application and things started to change.

I started to receive replies!

I got my first job as a developer in 2016 🎉.

After that, my job applications were a breeze.

Suddenly, I had multiple job interviews, as I received an interview invitation from every single job I applied to. 🤯

I had interviews at top-tier companies like trivago, Vodafone, and Shopify.

Mainly because I had understood the mindset and strategies required to stand out in the German job market.

But I get it, you probably don’t really care about who I am and my journey…

Right now, probably all you care about is CAN WE ACTUALLY HELP YOU!

We have experienced the German job market from both sides. The international job seeker and the German hiring manager and you get to learn from both sides of the table.

Since starting Simple Germany in 2020, this CV Toolkit has helped over 1,000 internationals transform their job search in Germany.

And messages like this DM on our Insta are not uncommon…

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to the program & when does it start?

Once you enroll, you get immediate and lifetime access to the German-Style CV Toolkit. That means you can revisit the lessons anytime, on any device, at your own pace.

Inside, you’ll find a step-by-step system packed with 2 days’ worth of high-impact content and practical exercises. You will have sent 3 highly targeted job applications at the end of day 2.

Can’t I learn all of this on YouTube?

Yes, there are tons of free career and CV tips on YouTube.

We even share a lot of free content ourselves to help internationals navigate the German job market.

But here’s the truth: relying only on YouTube often means spending dozens of hours watching disorganized videos, trying to stitch together conflicting advice, and still feeling unsure if your CV is actually tailored for Germany.

What you don’t get is a structured step-by-step system designed specifically for qualified internationals applying to English-speaking jobs in Germany.

That’s exactly what the German-Style CV Toolkit gives you: step-by-step guidance, a proven template, and the strategy to go from ghosted to getting interviews in just 2 days.

So ask yourself: what is your time worth?

This toolkit will save you weeks of frustration and help you finally start getting results.

For many, that makes the €97 investment in themselves and their career an easy yes.

And if your time isn’t worth that yet…

Keep trying your luck with YouTube until it is!

Is your CV template optimized to pass ATS scanners?

Yes! But a bit different from what you expect.

In Germany, companies do not rely heavily on Applicant Tracking Systems the same way U.S. or U.K. companies do. So, optimizing a CV solely for ATS (like using plain formats or keyword stuffing) is not the reason internationals get interviews in Germany.

Instead, our toolkit focuses on human-first strategies that match how German recruiters actually work.

If you’ve received ‘auto-rejection’ emails in the past, it’s probably not because of your CV, but rather the answers you gave in the application questionnaire that often comes with uploading your CV.

Some of those questions are linked to automatic filters that can trigger an instant rejection.

In our video lessons on job search strategy, we’ll show you how to fill out the application form questionnaire in the best way possible.

Can’t I just use AI To Create My CV?

Great question and yes, AI can be helpful.

But it’s only as good as the instructions you give it.

Without insider knowledge of what actually works in the German job market, you’ll end up with a generic CV that misses the mark.

Now, of course, we want to work smart and fast. That’s why we do use AI in our video tutorials when crafting a CV and you should too.

But only after you understand the core concepts of what makes a CV effective in Germany.

And here’s something important: Recruiters and HR professionals are getting flooded with AI-generated CVs these days. They can spot one instantly, especially when it’s packed with cliché keywords like “spearheaded” or “delved.”

When that happens, they don’t see effort or originality. They see copy & paste. And that often leads to a rejection.

So, next to saving you time, that is one more reason why we put together our list of 200+ action verbs that are NOT generated by AI.

Learn how to use AI to support your application, not sabotage it.

Can’t I just use the Europass template I find online?

We get this question a lot.

With so many templates floating around the internet, it’s tempting to just download the Europass and be done with it.

But here’s the problem: Europass is not designed with the German job market in mind.

It’s overly generic, lacks context, and doesn’t guide you on how to write each section in a way that speaks to German recruiters.

The result? A dull, lifeless CV that looks like every other Europass out there and ends up in the rejection pile.

Even worse? Most HR professionals in Germany have never even heard of Europass. They get confused by the logo and overwhelmed by the wall of text that hides your real strengths.

That’s exactly what the German-Style CV Toolkit is built to fix.
